Should you require a return for any reason then please use our Customer Support Area to request a return. This allows us both to track the progress of your return. We have to issue you with a returns number and you will need to send this with the returned goods. Please check out our returns policy first though - you can do so by clicking here. Please note we do not accept returns on items that have been opened unless otherwise agreed.
Want to pay by cheque or Postal Order through the mail?
Then please raise the order ONLINE but select CHEQUE/PO as a payment method - this will ensure you have an order ID, that you have the correct mailing address to send your cheque to and ensure stock is allocated to your order. Please note that we can only accept cheques or postal orders drawn on a UK bank account in GBP.
