Goods No Longer Required:
We follow the guidelines laid down by the Department of Trade and Industry in relation to distance selling.
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing your order with us, or within 30 working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition (unopened, still sealed and in a condition that the goods can be re-sold).
We will not refund the original shipping costs unless agreed with you. We would normally refund the original shipping costs if the goods are faulty or damaged.

If you wish to return your order back to us you must request an Returns Number from us through our Customer Support Area. You must enclose this Returns Number with the goods when returning them back to us. You must also return goods via a Recorded Delivery service. If we do not receive the goods back from you it is your responsibility to make a claim to Royal Mail and we cannot, unfortunately, refund you. Please remember that Royal Mail will only cover you for upto £28 compensation if the return is lost on it's way back to us. If this is not enough you will need to send it back Special Delivery to get adequate compensation (upto £250.00)
To request a return/refund please contact us through our Customer Support Area and please ensure you tell us your order ID or your full name and address so we can trace your order.
Once we have received the goods along with the Returns Number and satisfied ourselves that the goods are in a sealed and re-saleable condition we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund depending upon your original payment method.
This policy does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We reserve the right to deduct 5% off of the total purchase price to cover our credit card costs incurred when you placed your order. If we have stock your credit card is charged and we incur this cost irrespective of whether the goods are shipped or not. If you paid by Debit Card then this amount is £1.00 irrespective of the value of the order.
Money Back Guarantee Returns
When we offer a guarantee on any product the time period that is covered is published on the relevant product pages on this website. We only cover the 1st order on any product for a guarantee. We also only cover 1 order per product per household. If you return goods without authorisation and a returns number we reserve the right to deduct £5.00 of any refund processed. We do not refund the original shipping charges made to send the goods to you and we do not refund your costs of shipping the items back to us.
Please note in regards to "free gifts" and returns. If a free gift is offered with a product (such as the HairMax LaserComb) then the free gift must be returned with the LaserComb if claiming on the money back guarantee. If the product has been used or you wish to keep the product then your refund will have the retail price deducted off it.
