Here at Peak Nutrition we are constantly striving to improve our customer service. We have now implemented a comprehensive Customer Support Area which should be used for all contact with us.
This new system will allow you to simply raise a Support Ticket that we can reply to, you can update and we can both agree to close once you are happy it has been resolved. It will allow you to rate our reply too! We try and answer all support tickets within a couple of hours during working hours.

Should you require a return for any reason then please use our Customer Support Area to request a return. This allows us both to track the progress of your return. We have to issue you with a returns number and you will need to send this with the returned goods. Please check out our returns policy first though - you can do so by clicking here.
Want to pay by cheque through the mail? Then please raise the order ONLINE but select CHEQUE as a payment method - this will ensure you have an order ID, that you have the correct mailing address to send your cheque to and ensure stock is allocated to your order. Please note that we can only accept cheques or postal orders drawn on a UK bank account in GBP.
Want to order over the phone?
Then phone our order line on 0845 070 6940 (local rate applies) - this is for orders only please though the staff there will be happy to help as much as they can they will ask you to raise a support ticket if possible. If this is not possible they will raise one on your behalf and ensure a member of the customer services team contacts you in due course. The staff who take orders on this line have little product expertise - if you need to ask a question about a product or need advice on your hair loss then please either use our Personalised Advice service or contact us through our Customer Support Area.
Should you have an order status enquiry please check online by clicking here. Simply enter the email address you gave when you placed your order and the order id we emailed you and you will see the current status of your order. We have several order statuses:
- Unauthorised - there has been a problem with your credit/debit card payment
- Authorised - payment received, thanks! Now awaiting despatch
- Being Picked - your order is in the process of being picked and packed by our warehouse staff
- Shipped - your order has been shipped and you should have received an email confirmation letting you know the parcel tracking ID if applicable.
