Nourkrin Extra Strength
Take 2 tablets daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. If, however, you are over 80kg, or over 60 years of age, or are a heavy smoker, then we recommend that you should take 3 daily.

Nourkrin Maintain
Take 2 tablets daily of Nourkrin Maintain for a minimum of 6 months - taken with water, one in the morning and one in the evening; thereafter use as required.
Nourkrin Scalp Lotion
Apply directly to dry scalp in the areas where hair loss is occurring. Spread with fingertips. Best applied in the evening and left overnight.
Nourkrin Shampoo & Conditioner
Wet hair and apply Nourkrin Shampoo thoroughly. Allow to absorb for a minimum of two minutes before rinsing through with warm water.
After washing the hair with Nourkrin Shampoo, massage the hair and scalp with Nourkrin Conditioner, leave for 2 - 3 minutes and then rinse well.
